Supplementary Public Consultation 2026
Teddington Direct River Abstraction (TDRA)
Teddington Direct River Abstraction (TDRA) is a vital drought resilience project for London and a key part of our plan to secure water supplies for the future. In 2025, we held a statutory public consultation on our proposals. Since then, we’ve been considering all the feedback received, engaging with stakeholders, and developing our design.
We’re now holding a supplementary consultation from 21 May to 18 June 2026 on our updated plans near Burnell Avenue, which include proposed design changes and changes to the draft Order limits. You can collect a printed consultation booklet and feedback form at Ham Library or view it online below.

You can drop in and talk directly with the project team about the updated proposals near Burnell Avenue on Tuesday 2 June 2026 from 2pm to 8pm at St. Andrew’s Church Hall, Church Road, Ham, TW10 5HG.
